We’re the largest photo booth company, so odds are that we’ve got a booth for you. Request a quote and we’ll get back to you within 30 minutes and let you know!
Booking is easy! Once you approve your quote, we’ll email you a contract with a few items for you to fill out and send back. Then, you’ll receive an invoice for a deposit, which will guarantee your reservation. That’s it! Within a few weeks of your event, we’ll finalize all your booth details including style, color and more.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. 7 to 14 days before your event, you’ll receive an invoice for your final payment.
If we’ve got a booth available, we’d love to be part of your event. Drop us an email or a call and we’ll let you know if we can make it.
Yes. Viral Booth Orange County is a professional organization that is fully insured. We can provide insurance certificates to venues upon request.
We know that plans change. If your event date or time changes, if we’ve got a booth available, we’ll be happy to make the change for you. If you cancel your event, we’ll refund your deposit, if you cancel more than 60 days out. If less than 60 days, we’ll refund your deposit if we’re able to re-book your booth.
Viral Booth offers idle time. So, we can set up early before your guests arrive, or to close for a period of time during your event. Ask us about idle time rates.
We’ve created the “All Inclusive” package so that you get everything you need for the perfect booth experience, without extra fees. Extra fees do apply for custom packages, requests not included in the all inclusive package, or for events that are more than 60 miles from our corporate office.
About 10 people can get very cozy together inside the closed booth. The open kiosk can accommodate about 15.
The “Closed Booth” is 5ft x 5 ft. It is a portable structure that can be assembled just about anywhere. The “Open Kiosk” takes up about 2 feet of space. Add a backdrop to an open kiosk about 5 ft. away.
Yes! We supply black drapes for the outside and can add colored drapes to both the outside and inside to match your event colors. You are welcome to add to the drapes and decorate to your hearts content!
An 8 ft. x 8 ft. space makes a comfortable booth experience.
Yes! We’ll work with you to determine a great location to maximize your guests experience.
Amazing! Our printer prints high resolution prints in seconds! Your guests are going to keep their photos and remember your event for a long time.
The booth prints one print for everyone in the picture – up to 12 people!
You can customize your prints by choosing the 2×6 photo strip or the 4×6 print. Both size options also come with options for photo layout and a custom logo for every print.
Viral Booth social media is integrated right into the touch screen that takes the pictures. As soon as your shots appear on the screen, you’ve got the option to send directly to Facebook, Twitter, text and email. It’s the same experience you have sharing photos from your mobile device.
Viral Booths are solid, high quality monitors and enclosures that take about 45-minutes to set up. Our trained attendants arrive at least 90 minutes before your booth start time to set up and get ready for the show!
Professional venues supply a prop table for us. If you don’t have a table, just let us know and we’ll bring one.
Viral Booth hosts are professionals who are trained to focus on service and guest experience. You can expect them to arrive 90 minutes in advance of your booth operational time, have a courteous and positive attitude, and to help your guests have fun. They’ll show your guests how to use the booth, encourage them to take lots of pictures and videos. They will also fill up your scrapbook (if applicable). Please feel free to talk to your host, ask questions and have fun!
You’ll receive your scrapbook at the conclusion of your event. Your online gallery will be ready in a couple of weeks. You’ll receive an email with a link when it’s ready.
